Headquartered in The Valley and serving residents, businesses and visitors across the island, the Royal Anguilla Police Service plays a central role in Anguilla’s civic life. Under its Policing Plan 2025–2030, “Together for a Safer Anguilla,” the Service is focused on tackling gun crime, improving road safety, strengthening safeguarding, enhancing community policing and building public confidence through professional, accountable policing.
We are inviting expressions of interest from skilled professionals across the full policing and law enforcement landscape, including:
Criminal investigations
Detectives, serious crime investigators, interview specialists, case builders and victim-focused investigation professionals.
Intelligence and analysis
Intelligence officers, analysts, researchers, briefing specialists and professionals experienced in threat, risk and harm assessments.
Forensics and digital investigation
Crime scene, forensic support, digital forensics, cyber-enabled crime and evidential recovery specialists.
Public protection and safeguarding
Professionals with experience in domestic abuse, child protection, vulnerable adults, sexual offences, offender management and victim care.
Control room and emergency response
Command and control, dispatch, incident management, call handling, resource deployment and emergency communications specialists.
Roads policing and public order
Traffic enforcement, collision investigation, road safety, public order, event policing and operational planning professionals.
Training and capability development
Skills trainers, operational trainers, investigation trainers, leadership trainers, firearms or officer safety trainers, assessment specialists and learning designers.
Community policing and prevention
Neighbourhood policing, youth engagement, problem-solving, partnership working and prevention-focused practitioners.
