2. Navigate to “My Account” by clicking the person icon next to your name.
3. Select ‘Change Password’ from the sidebar.
4. Enter and confirm your new password, then click ‘Update Password.’

3. Click ‘My Subscription’ from the sidebar.
4. Choose ‘Cancel Subscription.’

3. Select ‘My Subscription’ from the sidebar.
4. Click ‘Update Payment Method.’

3. Click ‘My Account’ from the sidebar.
4. Tick the ‘Yes’ box where it says ‘Comment as Anonymous?’

This is because you have not created a nickname for your account, to amend this:

1. Log in to your Police Oracle account.
2. Access “My Account” by clicking the person icon next to your name.
3. Click ‘My Account’ from the sidebar.
4. Add your nickname to the ‘Comment Nickname’ box

• We welcome comments from readers but they are monitored, publication is not guaranteed and we will not include comments which are personally abusive against individuals.
