Government want ‘solution where all police data can be shared seamlessly’
That's the message from Lord James Timpson, Minister for Prisons, Parole and Probation, who told delegates at this year's National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC)'s Custody Conference 2025 in Northampton that "long-term reform" was needed to turn the tide on full prisons and easing pressure on staff across the justice system.
