Nottinghamshire Police is seeking dynamic and forward thinking Chief Inspectors to join our committed and enthusiastic leadership team.

We have a clear vision: to deliver an outstanding service we can all be proud of. To achieve this, our communities must trust us to do the right thing for the right reasons, to act with integrity, transparency, and accountability, and to work alongside them to resolve the issues that matter most.

We strive to ensure that victims remain at the heart of everything we do, responding effectively, conducting investigations to the highest standards, and providing appropriate resolutions to calls for service.

We are looking for inspirational leaders who share our Vision and are committed to delivering our Priorities.

You will be able to lead confidently, build successful partnerships, and uphold our organisational standards. You will bring a strong track record of delivery, demonstrable experience across the breadth of policing, and you must embody and champion the force’s PROUD values.

With visible leadership, a focus on performance, and an innovative, resilient, and authentic approach, you will guide and support your teams to succeed. By working collaboratively with partners, you will foster a credible, inclusive, and professional environment that values diversity and enhances service delivery.
