About The Role This is a unique opportunity to join and support a busy team who deliver change projects for the force at a strategic level. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to support our strategic programmes and projects across the force. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the Management Team, helping coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations within the Business Improvement Team (BIT). You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather key information, prepare documents, and keep programme and project activities on track. This includes producing reports, procedures, flow charts, presentations, agendas, and other supporting materials. You’ll also assist with preparing management updates and supporting ongoing improvements to business‑as‑usual processes. About The Role You will be doing the Forensic examination and retrieval of evidence and intelligence from digital devices and related media. You will carry out forensic examinations of digital devices and media. Where applicable, secure and retrieve relevant data from those devices, in accordance with national and local guidelines. To be carried out by utilising proprietary and bespoke forensic hardware and software. You will also be extracting data using suitable applications for the Officer in the Case (OIC) to view. Be able to facilitate viewing of the data by the OIC and advise accordingly, so that the OIC may understand the evidential significance of what has been recovered and use that material to further his/her investigation and for presentation in court. You will prepare reports and statements and advise CPS/Counsel in relation of digital evidence and if necessary present evidence in court in a clear and comprehensible manner and Provide technical advice and assistance to colleagues in relation to forensic examinations and advise and give guidance before/during/after interviews and the validity of answers provided by suspect. Assist OIC with finding potential weaknesses in statements.
