Scottish lawmakers pass Bill to review potential domestic abuse deaths

The Criminal Justice Modernisation and Abusive Domestic Behaviour Reviews (Scotland) Bill comes in two parts, including one which modernises parts of the justice system to allow court appearances to be made remotely and images as opposed to physical evidence being used inside courtrooms.
