‘No surprise’ SYP requires improvement in key area after HMICFRS report released
That's the view of Steve Kent, chair of South Yorkshire Police Federation, who said the latest inspection by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) underlined how "officers are very tired and in most cases demoralised".
