We’re looking for someone with prior MPS experience and a strong background in designing and delivering systems training. In this role, you’ll lead on Training Needs Analysis for a new HR system, design engaging blended learning solutions (including e-learning and face-to-face delivery), and develop content using the MPS e-learning platform. You’ll also deliver training to end users and act as a trusted SME, ensuring all materials align with MPS processes and ways of working. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident facilitator with strong instructional design skills and stakeholder engagement experience, who can commit to a part-time engagement over the full programme lifecycle.
