National LFR coordination capability needed to ‘ensure consistent and effective use everywhere’
That's the view of the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley, who wrote in the foreword of a new paper calling for police reform to enable the "proper, once-and-for-all rollout of technology" like live facial recognition (LFR).
