Four officers served disciplinary notices over alleged failings in Harshita Brella case
The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has said it is investigating two Northamptonshire Police detective constables over "alleged failings to progress inquiries and communicate" with Harshita Brella after she reported domestic abuse.
