Accredited degrees and CertHE courses delivered as apprenticeships by Liverpool John Moores University.

Innovate your approach to career development in law enforcement

Do you manage the development of policing or law enforcement staff who want to progress in their careers? Maybe they joined directly from school and are now finding their ambition is being overlooked for a lack of qualifications?

Maybe they want to retrain in a different area? Maybe they want to become more qualified in their chosen area so they can progress?

Or maybe it’s the confidence that comes from extra training that they are looking for, rather than the qualification itself?

Whatever your reasons for seeking out accredited training for your team, the results are the same. It can accelerate their career progression by giving them the confidence to apply for – and get – that next step on the career ladder.

And the good news is that there is funding available so that the employer doesn’t foot the bill.

Liverpool John Moores University run several apprenticeship courses designed specifically for serving police officers and law enforcement professionals.
