Another real-terms pay cut would drive experience away from frontline, PFEW warns
The Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) said that the Police Remuneration Review Body (PRRB) needed to implement a minimum seven percent annual pay award for the next three years, an essential route to halting a downward spiral in retention, morale and operational capability.
