The new joint-report between the Police Foundation and the Art Loss Register is calling on the Government to encourage partnerships between the police and the private sector, to tackle crimes like theft and fraud, and that it should establish a clear policy framework for this.

The Deputy Commissioner also serves as the principal liaison with government entities, community stakeholders, and international partners, and assumes full command responsibilities in the absence of the Commissioner.
