Merseyside Police officer charged with causing death by careless driving after IOPC probe
PC Scott Thompson, 32, is set to appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court on Monday (November 24), charged with causing death by careless driving, contrary to section 2B of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
