Hold rogue cyclists to account for flouting rules of road, ex-Met Police chief says
A crackdown has been urged on law-breaking cyclists by the former head of the UK’s biggest police force as figures showed the number of pedestrians injured by errant riders had soared by more than a third over the last decade.
