Forces and EA collaboration sees two men arrested after 150m mountain of waste dumped
The two men were arrested as part of a joint-investigation between Thames Valley Police, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary and Surrey Police into illegal tipping of waste at a site close to the River Cherwell in Oxfordshire.
