Community policing at risk after proposed ‘super forces’, Surrey Police Federation warns
Darren Pemble, Surrey Police Federation (SPF)'s chair, said the Government's policing reform White Paper left "many concerned that larger forces will reduce the local community policing that underpins" the sector's values.
