The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force is building a talent pool of experienced law enforcement professionals who may be considered for direct employment opportunities as the Force continues to strengthen capability across the territory.

Serving a rapidly developing British Overseas Territory of remarkable natural beauty, international profile and significant policing demand, the Force plays a vital role in protecting residents, supporting visitors, safeguarding communities and maintaining confidence across multiple islands.

Guided by its motto, “Service with Pride and Integrity,” the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force is seeking professionals who can bring specialist knowledge, operational judgement, resilience and a strong commitment to public service.

The Turks and Caicos Islands present a complex public-safety landscape. Alongside a high-value tourism economy and busy visitor environment, the Force responds to local crime, firearms concerns, migration pressures, road safety, marine incidents, safeguarding issues and serious organised criminality. Policing in the territory must therefore be both reassuring and robust: visible and accessible in communities, while capable of firm and professional enforcement where public safety is threatened.

We are inviting expressions of interest from skilled professionals across the full policing and law enforcement landscape, including:

Criminal investigations
Detectives, serious crime investigators, major crime professionals, interview specialists, case builders, disclosure specialists and victim-focused investigation practitioners.

Intelligence and analysis
Intelligence officers, analysts, researchers, source-handling support, briefing specialists and professionals experienced in threat, risk, harm and organised crime assessments.

Forensics, digital and cyber investigation
Crime scene investigators, forensic support officers, digital forensic specialists, cyber-enabled crime investigators, evidential recovery specialists and technical investigation professionals.

Public protection and safeguarding
Professionals with experience in domestic abuse, child protection, vulnerable adults, sexual offences, exploitation, offender management, missing persons and victim care.

Control room, command and emergency response
Command and control professionals, dispatchers, incident managers, call handlers, resource deployment specialists, emergency communications staff and operational commanders.

Marine, border and territorial policing
Marine policing specialists, coastal and vessel-based enforcement professionals, border-security practitioners, migration-response specialists and officers experienced in inter-island operational environments.

Roads policing and public safety
Traffic enforcement officers, collision investigators, road safety specialists, public order officers, event policing professionals and operational planners.

Training and capability development
Skills trainers, investigation trainers, leadership trainers, officer safety trainers, firearms trainers, control room trainers, assessment specialists, learning designers and capability-development professionals.

Community policing and prevention
Neighbourhood policing officers, partnership specialists, youth engagement practitioners, problem-solving professionals and prevention-focused law enforcement staff.
