  • Leadership in Multi-Agency Teams

This half-day course is designed for leaders and aspiring leaders who work across organisational boundaries in the public sector. It focuses on the practical realities of leading people who do not report directly to you, operate under different priorities, and are accountable to different systems.

Participants will explore how to build trust, establish shared purpose, and lead collaboration across agencies to improve outcomes for services and communities. The session draws on real multi-agency challenges and provides practical tools that can be applied immediately in operational and strategic settings.

    • 3 CPD Points
    • Certificate of Attendance issued

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

Understand the challenges and opportunities of leading within multi-agency environments

Build trust and credibility across organisations with different cultures and priorities

Establish clear purpose, roles, and expectations across partner agencies

Communicate effectively to support collaboration and shared decision making

Lead multi-agency activity in a way that improves outcomes and accountability
