Engagement and Communication

This half-day course focuses on effective engagement and communication in public sector and regulatory environments. It supports participants to communicate clearly, proportionately, and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including partners, service users, and regulated communities. The session explores how to plan engagement, tailor messages, and manage challenging conversations while maintaining trust and professionalism. Practical exercises are used throughout to help participants apply learning to real-world situations.
