    This three-hour course focuses on strengthening effective communication in professional settings. It supports participants to convey information clearly, confidently, and appropriately, ensuring messages are understood and acted upon in a timely way. The course is grounded in real workplace scenarios and recognises the impact of pressure, emotion, and context on how communication is given and received. Course Aims
