Speed up misconduct investigations says Essex Fed after acquittal

An Essex Police dog handler has been found not guilty of "being dangerously out of control of his police dog" after a four-day Crown Court trial. Essex Police Federation has called on the force to "speed up" the ensuing misconduct investigation.
