We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead the Cyber Crime Digital Forensic Unit (CCDFU) in investigating cyber-enabled and cyber-dependent crimes, managing digital forensics, and enhancing staff competencies to meet evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Manage serious cybercrime investigations, offering strategic oversight and serving as Senior Investigating Officer when required.
• Develop, implement, and update policies related to digital investigations and forensics.
• Manage and undertake investigations into serious cybercrime incidents for the Cayman Islands Government and the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service.
• Lead in the capacity of Senior Investigating Officer in high-profile cybercrime investigations with a focus on data integrity and forensic accuracy.

Knowledge, Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in cybercrime investigations and digital forensics;
• Qualifications in digital forensics and cyber-crime investigation and experience of undertaking digital forensic analysis in criminal investigations;
• Extensive experience in leading and managing teams within a performance-driven environment; and
• Experience in managing cybercrime investigations, particularly involving organised crime groups.
• Experience in taking a 4P response to cybercrime; and
• Demonstrated ability to priorities complex issues, assess risks, and maintain resilience in high-pressure environments.
