RSMS is recruiting Facilitators to deliver high‑quality online group work and one‑to‑one interventions across our programmes. You’ll support service users, shape programme development, and help us maintain consistent, professional standards across all contracts.
If you’re confident in a virtual room, skilled at managing dynamics, and motivated by meaningful behaviour change, this role fits.
Deliver structured group sessions and one‑to‑one interventions online and in community or custody settings.
Keep sessions safe, engaging, and aligned with programme standards.
Record interactions clearly and on time; escalate risks appropriately.
Support programme development, testing, and evaluation.
Handle operational queries and keep programmes running smoothly.
Contribute to proposals, presentations, and business development activity.
Experience delivering online group work or one‑to‑one interventions.
Strong communication and the ability to engage diverse service users.
Understanding of safeguarding, risk, and boundaries.
Confidence managing challenging behaviour.
Strong organisation and digital confidence.
Flexibility across contracts and delivery models.
Desirable: experience with offenders or vulnerable adults, trauma‑informed practice, programme development, or remote delivery.
