Part of London mayor Sir Sadiq Khan’s office unlawfully blocked the Metropolitan Police’s £50 million deal with technology firm Palantir “because of an alleged mismatch between Palantir’s ‘values and ethics’ and ‘London’s values’”, High Court documents claim.
