Ex-Sussex Police officer conducted system searches without policing purposes, panel rules

The misconduct hearing, held at Sussex Police headquarters last week in front of a panel chaired by Surrey Police Assistant Chief Constable Peter Gardner, ruled that former PC Steven Hargrave conducted the searches of police systems and accessed records for no policing purpose.
