You will need a good understanding of IT systems and have a positive mindset to learning. The role involves improving Road Safety through education and enforcement. You will need good communication skills with an ability to work accurately while performing a variety of clerical tasks.
About The Role:
We are looking for team members who are accurate and have good attention to detail in their work, share good interpersonal skills and maintain a high level of professionalism. You will build and use investigative skills, as part of a team. Your
duties will include:
Providing administrative support to the team
Creating, updating and maintaining records
Interrogating a variety of secure databases as necessary
Liaising with an array of various agencies, companies and individuals both
internal and external
Dealing with correspondence via email, letter and telephone
Using a range of specialised equipment to quality assure supporting evidence
to a level required by Court.
Full bespoke training package provided during the first 12 weeks of appointment.

Education and Qualifications:
Essential: Educated to QCF Level 2 (3-5 passes) OR significant work
experience deemed to have brought the post holder to a
comparable level.
Experience and Skills:
Essential: Experience of working in a busy administrative
environment, undertaking complex administrative tasks to a
high standard.
Experience of dealing with the public would be desirable.
