We are currently looking for experienced Senior Manager – Analysis, Outreach & Support to join our Criminal Enforcement Unit in the Safety and Surveillance group.
Within a week of working here, your day could look like this: lead the analysis, engagement and business support function within the CEU, overseeing strategic partnerships, intelligence analysis, innovation, and business support functions. They will ensure that analytical resources are prioritised effectively, develop collaborative approaches to tackling medicines crime, and provide the insight, governance and organisational capability required to support intelligence-led enforcement activity.
Key responsibilities:
· Lead the Agency’s analytical capability, ensuring high-quality strategic and tactical analysis informs operational priorities, identifies emerging threats, and supports intelligence-led decision-making.
· Provide strategic oversight of business support and governance functions, ensuring effective performance management, robust operational processes, compliance with organisational standards, and efficient support to operational delivery.
· Lead strategic partnerships and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen collaboration, enhance operational effectiveness, and drive innovation across the Agency and the wider law enforcement community.
Our successful candidate will have the following:
· Recent experience operating within an intelligence or investigative law enforcement environment.
· Be able to lead a multidisciplinary team and foster effective partnership working across law enforcement, regulatory and multi-agency environments.
· Have experience leading an intelligence analysis capability, delivering strategic and tactical analytical products to support operational and strategic decision-making (formal analyst training is not required).
· Have experience developing and using performance frameworks, management information and key performance indicators to drive organisational improvement.
