Red Snapper Recruitment is seeking an experienced and proactive Proepry Manager/Justice Centre Partnership Officer to oversee the day-to-day management of the Justice Centres in Leamington Spa and Nuneaton.

You will support the effective management of these multi-agency buildings, working closely with the various partner organisations in occupation. This role is focused on property management, partnership liaison, lease administration and financial processes, ensuring the buildings are used effectively and meet the needs of their occupants.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property management experience who enjoys building relationships, coordinating projects and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for partner organisations, maintaining positive working relationships and communicating building policies, procedures and updates.

  • Manage lease conditions and ensure partner organisations comply with their agreements and associated obligations.

  • Oversee service charges, invoicing, payment collection and financial reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

  • Monitor available floor space and support effective use of the buildings to facilitate multi-agency criminal justice partnership working.

  • Support the planning and delivery of property-related projects, working with contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Coordinate and follow up on property repairs, liaising with relevant contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

  • Support compliance with relevant health and safety requirements, including coordinating and sharing compliance information with partner agencies.

  • Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of building policies and procedures.

  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on agreed actions.

  • Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant communications, payments, maintenance activities and project progress.

  • Prepare reports for senior management on building performance, occupancy and financial matters.

Please note: This role does not include facilities management responsibilities. The focus is on property management, partner relationships, lease conditions, service charges, administration and supporting property-related projects.

Essential Experience and Skills

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience in property management, ideally involving commercial or leasehold properties.

  • Experience working with multiple partner organisations or stakeholders within a shared or multi-agency building environment.

  • A strong understanding of lease agreements, property management practices and tenant or partner relationships.

  • Experience managing service charges, invoicing, budgets or similar financial administration.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Experience coordinating property-related projects and liaising with contractors or external stakeholders.

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Experience undertaking administrative duties, maintaining records, organising meetings and preparing reports.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and appropriate insurance, with regular travel required between Leamington Spa, Nuneaton and Warwickshire Police HQ in Leek Wootton.

  • Ability to obtain the required NPPV Level 2 and CTC vetting clearance.

  • Applicants must be aware that this is a politically restricted post.

  • Hybrid working is available on a demand-led basis, with flexi-time arrangements applying.

How to Apply

If you have property management experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage lease-related and financial processes, we would welcome your application.

Please submit your CV to Red Snapper Recruitment for consideration.
