Have you graduated in the last two years? Would you like to pick up a broad range of business skills and experience and get paid while you do it? Do you want to explore possible future careers, or to find out more about different roles?  If the answer to the above is ‘yes’, we have two roles that offer exciting opportunities working at Lincolnshire Police. We have over a decade of experience recruiting and developing graduates for careers in the criminal justice sector and beyond.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can evaluate data and conduct research; putting the results into high quality written and oral presentations. The role also includes the evaluation of change projects, development of ideas for change, supporting projects and working with different functions across Lincolnshire Police to make service improvements alongside your colleagues in the Continuous Improvement Unit. You will work with a variety of senior officers and staff from across Lincolnshire Police.

No two graduates receive the same experience; you will have your own allocated pieces of work that you will be responsible for; and they will reflect the needs of the organisation during the time that you are in post. You should expect a variety of different pieces of work to manage across your time with us.

The position provides the opportunity to work at a strategic level within a high-profile public-sector organisation, developing your skills and experience, while making a valuable contribution to the delivery of services. You’ll be working in a supportive environment, with challenging tasks that will stretch your ability, getting you ready for your future roles. We operate an overlapping graduate programme, meaning that most new graduates will work with the previous intake of graduates for the first six months of their contract; learning from their experience as you step into your new role.

If you’re ready for a role that’s a bit different from normal entry level posts, where your employer is committed to your development and challenge is built into the experience, then this is for you.
