  • The Implementation Roadmap Under the Employment Rights Act 2025

    Many of changes being brought about by the ERA 2025 are far reaching and in this webinar Mark Landon will review the implementation timetable, the key legal changes and the likely practical consequences arising from them. Amongst other matters, the webinar will consider:

    • The enhanced trade union rights of access to workplaces;
    • The introduction of the protection against third party harassment in respect of all the protected characteristics;
    • The extension of time for submitting Employment Tribunal claims from 3 to 6 months;
    • The reduction in the qualifying period of continuous employment for bringing ‘ordinary’ unfair dismissal claims from 2 years to six months;
    • The introduction of restrictions on an employer’s ability to ‘fire and rehire’;
    • Gender equality action plans; and
    • Enhanced protection in respect of various family-friendly employment rights; and
    • Changes to the flexible working regime.
