Public services should not take hit after pandemic, says GMP Fed Chair
Chair of the Greater Manchester Police Federation, Stu Berry, has called on the government to give assurances that the police and other public services will not be seen as “easy targets when the fiscal ramifications of this pandemic are laid bare”.

The North-East Trading Standards Association is a partnership of the 12 Local Authority Trading Standards Services within the North-East of England. As part of its role, it oversees a Regional Intelligence Function aimed at co-ordinating criminal intelligence work across the region. The Regional Intelligence Analyst sits within, and directs the work of, the intelligence function; a small team which also includes a dedicated Regional Intelligence Officer. The Team implements and supports the National Trading Standards Intelligence Operating Model locally, regionally and nationally. Based in Middlesbrough, the Intelligence function sits alongside, and works closely with, the North-East Regional Investigations Team.
