Major disclosure reforms will see AI used to cut paperwork and speed up justice system
The announcement comes after the Home Office accepted key recommendations from Jonathan Fisher KC's Independent Review of Disclosure and Fraud Offences, which included legislating AI to speed up how evidence is reviewed.
