This is PCSO Andy Pope, among a tiny percentage of the population known as a super-recogniser and who has the remarkable ability to recognise and remember a face, even after only a brief encounter. Here, he tells Police Oracle about his gift and how it's helping unite three forces in locating offenders across the West Midlands' transport network.
