Home Secretary has no confidence in WMP chief and introduces new power to sack CCs
Shabana Mahmood, the Home Secretary, announced that following a "damning" review into West Midlands Police (WMP)'s decision to ban Maccabi Tel Aviv fans from a match against Aston Villa, she has lost confidence in the force's Chief Constable Craig Guildford.
