Final written warning for officer after use of force against handcuffed man
PC Aaron Humphries, from Kent Police, was found to have used excessive force after he was bitten by a suspect and punched the man twice in the face, before placing his forearm on the suspect’s neck, which appeared to make the man unconscious briefly.
