Viewpoint: police demand collective bargaining not just warm words
As the Prime Minister and the Home Secretary join Labour MPs for their first party conference after forming the new government, PFEW Acting National Chair, Tiffany Lynch, reiterates that time is running out to reform the police officer pay review mechanism to include the ability for collective bargaining supported by binding arbitration on all parties, including the government.
