NPCC say Covid rules are clear but 9 out of 10 officers disagree
National Police Chiefs’ Council chair Martin Hewitt says Covid-19 restrictions are “really clear”, despite a Federation survey last week finding only 10 per cent of officers felt regulations were clear.
