Calls for NPCC to review lockdown FPNs prompt BAME data analysis
The National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) has said it will this month publish an analysis on the number of fixed penalty notices issued to BAME member of the public after mounting pressure to review all fines given during lockdown.
