Teenager sentenced to 16 years for PC Harper's manslaughter

Driver Henry Long, has today (31 July) at the Old Bailey been jailed for 16 years for the manslaughter of PC Harper. Jessie Cole and Albert Bowers have each been sentenced to 13 years.
