There are degrees and there are degrees. They are no guarantee of excellence as any employer outside the police service will quickly tell you. It is not even about comparing a 2.2 in media studies from a former polytechnic with a 1st in philosophy...

Interview: South Yorkshire's PCDA lecturer and special constable
