Monthly 101 call wait time data for forces set to be released under fresh measures by NPCC
The National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) has announced that 101 call wait time data will be released monthly for forces across England and Wales, in a move designed to improve public contact, responsiveness and service accessibility.
