The Great Train Robber and Ex-Fugitive Ronnie Biggs earns a living from a web site whilst in Prison.

Whilst the frail elderly robber is costing the British Taxpayer more than £100,000 a year, he is still earning money from his website by selling souvenirs such as T-shirts, baseball caps and photos of himself on his website, www.ronniebiggs.co.uk. He has the cheek  even to charge £3.50 for his signature.

The 71-year-old villain's cheek was slammed by Norman Brennan of Victims of Crime Trust.

He said: "He should be banned from selling these things. It's appalling to think he is cashing in on his crimes and now he has returned home to bleed the system dry. It's disgraceful."

Biggs, who returned to Britain on Monday after 36 years in Rio, had the website set up by his son Michael last year. It offers exclusive goods from Biggsy's Boutique.

T-shirts cost £21, baseball caps £14 and signed photos of Biggs wearing the Brazilian soccer shirt sell for £17.

The site even tells visitors to Rio how to avoid being robbed.
