PCSO Arrested For Unlawful Sex

A girl of 15 had an abortion after allegedly being groomed for sex by a police community support officer.

The 22-year-old chatted up the girl at a shopping centre and took her virginity. He then dumped her when she told him she was pregnant.

The distraught girl broke down in tears when she went to an abortion clinic with her older sister. Medics then contacted police as soon as they had carried out the termination.

The officer was arrested on suspicion of unlawful sex. He was suspended from duty and freed on bail.

The girl later ran away from home and threatened to commit suicide.

A relative said: "The girl was terrified when she missed a period. She contacted the PCSO but he didn't want to know - moaning he was too young to be a dad. He said he wanted nothing to do with her.

"The only person she could turn to was her sister. She has returned home but things are not good. She's convinced the PCSO still loves her and they can be together once she's 16."

PCSOs had visited the girl's school in Milton Keynes, Bucks, as part of a crime prevention drive following a spate of robberies.

Police confirmed a man had been arrested, and said a full criminal and internal inquiry had been launched.
