Officers Face Theft Charges
Charges relate to searches where it is alleged police property was stolen.

Two serving officers from the Metropolitan Police Service are due to face court to answer allegations that they stole from their Force, it has been confirmed.
PC Kenneth Potter (29) faces a charge of theft from the Met in addition to receiving stolen goods. PC Ian Scouler (45) is charged with theft from the Force.
Both officers are based at Plumstead Police Station. The charges relate to searches where it is alleged police property was stolen, a statement from the Force said.
The statement went on to point out that both officers are currently suspended and are due to appear before Westminster magistrates on February 6.
The charged were brought following a “proactive investigation” by the Directorate of Professional Standards.
