A GOALDEN EVENTS franchise would ideally suit people with all-round skills. Admin, advertising, promotion and sales will form a large part of the business whilst driving, setting up equipment and running events forms the larger part of the events side.
Events can range from small parties to team-building events and much of our work takes place outside. Like all businesses, the key to making it work best is having the right people doing the work. You will engage with lots of children at most events, so if you enjoy working with youngsters this is an ideal position. The staffed corporate events call for people with the confidence to address large numbers of people and take control of the events. Most events are staffed by us, and feature a series of knockouts with prizes, which come as part of our Franchise Package. On another day, you may find that you simply deliver and collect tables for a hire-only booking.
You will need the common sense to think of solutions as they arise with the ultimate aim ALWAYS being customer satisfaction. Whatever the event, you will need to be punctual, professional and flexible.
