A story in today's Shropshire Star.

Why is he being "offered treats"?

Why can't he earn them like the rest of us?

With a bit of luck, he'll go too fast and break his neck, thus taking himself out of the gene pool.
The basic mission for which the police exist is to prevent crime and disorder.

Some of the kids round here complain that they're good and so don't get the attention the bad kids get.

I prefer the method used by a Russian Court that I heard about on the radio a couple of days ago. This lad apparently was acting in an anti-social way. The court sent him to a Siberian village for 6 months. Apparently, he will have to dig his own latrine and cut his own wood if he wants heat. I also notice that Siberia is currently suffering extremely low temperatures; even for Siberia. Much more use than giving him treats.

I have now found the news item I was talking about and it is even better. It was not Russia that sent him but Germany. It seems that they are treating it as training rather than punishment and so rather equates to the quad bike training. If Germany can do this, so could we.

You know, i think we should be doing asomething similar. i wonder if we should be sending our young offenders to help build dams or dig wells in third world countries. make them see anothewr side of life, and possibly get something more out of their lives than they're getting at the moment.

All we'd need are Penbwlch clones to discipline them.

You won't need clones, pay me enough and I do the whole job myself.
