In today's Sun it says...
Prosecutor Michael Mulkerrins told Southwark Crown Court: "He used his position to obtain that room so he could have sex. it was over rather quickly." Ouch. Kick a man whilst he's down.
Or perhaps that's what he'd have liked to have happened???

Perhaps his defence will be that he didn't enjoy it. Or she didn't.

He Might have just caught his trousers on the handle of the door and inadvertantly ripped them (thus making them fall down) as he has walked away from the door.
He was going commando that day and upon ripping his trousers down he has slipped on a 'wet patch' on the ground (damn the cleaners) and fallen on top of this lady who just so happened to drop some paperwork when she laughed as a result of seeing him rip his trousers.
The womans skirt has ripped as a result of the guy falling on top of her and unfortunately he was found a moment later in a cmpromising position....... case closed.

Never mind 'ello, 'ello, 'ello... It should be naughty, naughty, naughty...!
A spokesperson from Uniform Dating said, "we just facilitate contact between our members, the location they wish to meet after contact is made is down to the individuals in question."
Made the quote up, but just wait for it!
