Mav, because of the rain, the trip to the AAFB has to be postponed. We're going to the Freer and Sackler instead and then to Elephant and Castle for lunch.

The way you have looked after me Croby, I am sure they will. Excellent food, good company, the only downside was the snow and boy, was it cold at times. I will miss the cat, he liked sleeping on my bed.

I'm glad you've enjoyed yourself. The linglets have been practicing a number to sing before you go to the airport on Sunday. But we'll have fun tomorrow. The museum is interesting --the monks are giving a talk--and the food and E&C is good. And the beer is English!

Come back to us. Did you tell her you had a bathroom to yourself so it didn't matter whether the seat was up or not; and the lings and I didn't mind your snoring; and you were our guest and didn't get involved in the washing up or the hoovering. Our curtains are always a mess because the lings are constantly crawling on the windows to shout to their mates. The cat keeps trying to get comfortable on the couch and meows because you're not there.

F-22 to return to RIAT
The US Air Force is sending an F-22A Raptor to the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire this summer for the second time, but hoping that the type will finally make its display debut after the washed-out 2008 event

That's a chant they learned at school this week.
